The Sustainable Mobility Plan for Commuting (PMST) is a strategic and technical document that analyses employees’ journeys and defines measures to make commuting safer, more efficient and more sustainable. Waiis automates its preparation and maintenance using real employee mobility data, helping companies comply with regulations and keep the plan up to date.

Under Law 9/2025, companies with workplaces employing more than 200 people have until 5 December 2026 to have a Sustainable Mobility Plan for Commuting (PMST) in place. Our corporate carpooling platform makes the process easier by automatically generating and implementing your plan using real mobility data, helping you meet the requirements without additional administrative hassle.

Our technology can also generate direct revenue from corporate CAEs, optimise parking costs and reduce fleet expenses. Getting started with our technology requires very little administrative work. After our team helps you onboard your employees, processes such as journey matching, payments and corporate mobility measurement become automatic. The dashboard is designed for strategic oversight and data analysis, so employees do not need to handle day-to-day operations.

Each shared journey generates energy savings that can be certified through the official Energy Saving Certificate scheme. Waiis manages the process, and the company receives the corresponding income, which we estimate in your personalised demo.

Waiis is free for the first six months and includes the platform, app and onboarding. After that, if your company exceeds 200 shared kilometres per employee (with an average of at least 1.4 people per vehicle), the fee remains €0. If this threshold is not met, a standard fee applies based on the number of employees and workplaces. There are no implementation fees or long-term commitments.

At Waiis, companies only have access to aggregated data on usage, savings and emissions. Individual locations are never shared and are used solely to validate journeys in strict compliance with the GDPR.

Waiis operates in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza and their metropolitan areas, and is expanding. In Barcelona and Madrid, we integrate more than 3,000 taxis to provide transport for employees when no carpool match is available.
